White Lotus Restaurant is a wholly owned subsidiary of Project Indochina, an Australian non government
aid organisation dedicated to improvement of the quality of life of disadvantaged children, their families and
communities in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.

All profit made by this restaurant will be used by Project Indochina to fund humanitarian, community
development and education programs.

Diners at White Lotus may be attended to by a person from a disadvantaged background.
The White Lotus policy is to train and employ as many young people as possible from such backgrounds.
