White Lotus Restaurant offers superior cooking
classes, Monday to Saturday, starting at 8.30am.
The classes are conducted by White Lotus
restaurant head chef, Đoàn Phước Tài and begin
with a short walk to the Hoi An market, where
fresh produce to be used in the class will be selected. Class guests then return to the
restaurant by boat, which may detour to show fishermen at work using traditional
methods that have been used for centuries.
Class guests are invited to select from a range of starters,
main courses and desserts.
Under instruction from Mr Tài, the dishes are then
prepared by the class. This instruction also includes food
carving.
Class guests are then served the food by White Lotus
Restaurant staff.
Classes commence at 8.30am and conclude at approximately 12 noon.
White Lotus Restaurant offers a free pick-up service from all Hoi An hotels

Cost is $US18 per person. ($US21 per person on some seafood dishes)
